La producción del papel es el resultado de un complejo proceso que exige grandes cantidades de agua y sobre todo de energía.

Por ello se convierte en crucial la eficacia energética y la valorización de efluentes y otros líquidos filtrados obtenidos.

La fabricación del papel se escalona en 8 etapas:

El intercambiador de calor Weplex® proporciona una serie de soluciones innovantes que permiten tratar los subproductos obtenidos en la fabricación del papel. En consecuencia interviene en la valorización energética de fluidos cargados en partículas, como por ejemplo :

  • Aguas blancas: que el intercambiador Weplex® calienta o enfria hasta alcanzar la temperatura deseada
  • El licor negro en el que el calor procedente del calentamiento puede ser reutilizado.
  • Los líquidos filtrados.
  • Los efluentes de los cuales vamos a recuperar energía para optimizar costes de producción y con el fin de respetar los 30°C máximos aceptados para deshechar las aguas.

 

Además el intercambiador de calor Weplex® puede ser igualmente utilizado para calentar o enfriar todo tipo de fluidos (agua, aceite, gas, fuel etc).

Gracias a su concepción innovadora y patentada , el intercambiador Weplex garantiza una disminución significativa de los paros en la producción que se limitan a una limpieza preventiva una vez al mes para el intercambiador Weplex en comparación con una limpieza semanal obligatoria para un intercambiador tradicional.

 De la misma manera, la duración de la etapa de limpieza es muy limitada gracias a la apertura fácil del Weplex y de sus anchos canales que permiten una limpieza rápida.

El intercambiador Weplex consume menos energía y es más robusto y longevo en comparación con un intercambiador clásico gracias al uso de materiales como el Duplex.
