Why install a heat exchanger in the chemical industry sector?
In this context Weplex® heat exchangers are particularly adapted to the heating or cooling down of liquids and they are very performant for heavy fluids charged in suspended particles. Moreover, since the Weplex has large canals, the fluids can circulate easily even if they are very charged in substances.
Thus their performances are higher than those of classical tubular heat exchangers (30 to 40% better). Moreover, since they are very compact, the Weplex® heat exchangers are very easy to install and clean.
They have been designed and developed by Labbe Process Equipment to take into account the different constraints of chemical industry.
